SERVICES OF CROATIAN EMPLOYMENT SERVICE:

• job mediation in the selection of candidates best matching employers’ needs in their characteristics
• free advertising of vacancies (in bulletins, on the internet and notice boards in the CES Regional and Local Offices)
• team assessment of candidate’s characteristics which implies comprehensive examination of psychophysical competences, aptitudes and medical status regarding the demands of specific occupations and jobs
• procedures of pre-selection, selection and referral to employers of an agreed number of candidates for individual jobs
• arrangement of appointments, if an employer wants to directly contact interested unemployed persons
• possibility of group information of interested persons by employers on the CES premises, in the case of higher number of applicants
• possibility of using other CES services, such as vocational training and retraining, upskilling of unemployed persons and other
• provision of legal assistance in the field of employment, and professional and organisational support in the process of restructuring and redeployment of redundant workers
