NOTICE:
The Croatian Parliament adopted, on a session held on 13 July 2007, the Act on Foreigners (Official Gazette No. 79/07). The Act on Foreigners took effect on 1 January 2008.
The Government of the Republic of Croatia, on a session held on 18 December 2007, reached a Decision on the establishment of a system of awarding an annual quota of work permits for the employment of foreign nationals for the calendar year of 2008 (Official Gazette No. 130/07) based on Article 118 of the Act on Foreigners.
In agreement with the Act on Foreigners, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, i.e. Police Administration, is responsible for issuing work and business permits to foreign nationals. Therefore you can visit the web page of the Ministry of Internal
