The conditions of work for foreign nationals and persons without Croatian citizenship in the Republic of Croatia, as well as the procedure of issuing work permits to foreign nationals, have been determined by relevant regulations. A foreign national can be employed in the Republic of Croatia based on work permit, if s/he complies with the general and specific conditions determined by law.
