TRAININGS FOR MENTORS WITHIN THE PROJECT “CROATIAN EMPLOYMENT SERVICE LABOUR MARKET TRAINING CENTRE” HELD
At the end of February, trainings for CES mentors started within the third component of the project “Croatian Employment Service Labour Market Training Centre”. Five trainings for mentors were implemented in the period between February and April this year.
The purpose of this training was to train CES employees for successful delivering of practical knowledge to newly employed or inexperienced CES employees. Topics were closely related with issues of particular working positions and skills and system need for dissemination of this knowledge to less experienced or newly employed CES staff.
Trainings for mentors were held in 4 regional centres, in the premises of the CES Regional Offices and Central Office, according to the following schedule:
